Terms of service
These terms govern use of the current Manifest AI public pilot. A separately accepted paid-pilot order may add commercial, support, security, or data-processing terms.
Service
Manifest AI assists with extracting information from documents, reviewing structured results, and exporting spreadsheets. Features and limits may change during the pilot.
Authorized use
You must have permission to upload and process each document. Do not use the service for unlawful material, malware, abusive automation, or attempts to access another workspace.
AI output and review
AI and OCR output can be incomplete or incorrect. You are responsible for reviewing critical identifiers, quantities, prices, totals, and other business data before accounting, customs, ERP, or operational use.
Credits
One verified PDF page uses one page credit. The system reserves credits before extraction and automatically refunds the reservation when the extraction request fails. Commercial billing terms will apply only after written acceptance or an enabled checkout agreement.
Availability
The pilot is provided without a guaranteed service level. Maintenance, provider limits, and external outages may interrupt processing.
Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service operator is not responsible for indirect losses or decisions made from unreviewed extraction output. Any production contract may set different warranties and liability limits.
Termination
Access may be suspended for abuse, security risk, non-payment under a future paid agreement, or material breach. Users may request account closure by email.
