Terms of service
These terms govern use of the current Manifest AI service. A separately accepted paid order may add commercial, support, security, or data-processing terms.
Service
Manifest AI assists with extracting information from documents, reviewing structured results, and exporting spreadsheets. Features and limits may change during the pilot.
Authorized use
You must have permission to upload and process each document. Do not use the service for unlawful material, malware, abusive automation, or attempts to access another workspace.
AI output and review
AI and OCR output can be incomplete or incorrect. You are responsible for reviewing critical identifiers, quantities, prices, totals, and other business data before accounting, customs, ERP, or operational use.
Free Validation and credits
A new Free workspace may submit one complete PDF up to 20 pages through the portal without page credits. The one-document entitlement is reserved when the document is accepted into processing and is not renewed by cancellation; support can reset a confirmed platform failure. Paid processing uses one page credit for each successfully processed PDF page, reserves the required balance before extraction, and automatically returns unused reserved credits after a failed or cancelled job. Commercial billing terms apply only after written acceptance or an enabled checkout agreement.
Availability
The service is provided without a guaranteed service level unless a separate agreement says otherwise. Maintenance, capacity limits, and external outages may interrupt processing.
Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service operator is not responsible for indirect losses or decisions made from unreviewed extraction output. Any production contract may set different warranties and liability limits.
Termination
Access may be suspended for abuse, security risk, non-payment under a future paid agreement, or material breach. Users may request account closure by email.
